Returns & Exchanges
At Appleton Sweets, we strive to ensure your confectionery arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect sweets within 2 days of receipt.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the next steps.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the items back in their original shipping carton, ensuring they are packed securely to prevent further damage during transit.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
